Unhandled exception in XAML viewer when the project is in a path with private characters #8369

Apologies for putting the problem here. My "Report a problem.." doesnt work from my visual studio

To reproduce. You will need to create a private character. So run eudcedit.exe from windows run dialog. Ive attached an example picture of the character I created. image.png

next thing. Create a directory with the private character in windows. Once again.. Ive attached a picture image.png

Now create a WPF project in visual studio in the directory below the one that you created above. Then try and open the designer to the main dialog. You should see the error below.. image.png Now this error not only applies to WPF .. but projects created with .Net48 doesnt compile when placed under such a directory. In fact many things dont work when placed under such a directory.

The images are broken, both here and in the VS Feedback link, but the user did follow up with additional comments in the VS Feedback issue. I'm transferring to msbuild.
