Both baseline, and compare have the full net8.0 switch changes.

If RuntimeHelpers.CreateSpan isn't optimized well on mono, I could certainly imagine https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/commit/2897f5ea6585f656abcf80f62d9da7fb2e05557c contributing to these regressions.
