Now using the latest master commit to avoid unnecessary merges.

[ ] Fix precision on pre-existing methods suppression
[ ] Wrap up AddIfNotExists behavior as a method
[ ] Move the WhereIsIntPtrParameter test logic inside a higher-level method called IsIntPtrMethodGenerated
