Hint Path's should not be added to references found in search paths #235

Unlike csproj/vbideprj, CPS is adding hint paths to references found in the search path when added via Reference Manager, such as assemblies from reference assemblies:

    <Reference Include="WindowsBase">
      <HintPath>..\..\..\..\..\..\..\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.5.2\WindowsBase.dll</HintPath>
    </Reference>

This also applies to those found in AssemblyFoldersEx.
