Lost ability to suppress CA warnings in Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 (64-bit) - Current Version 17.10.0 #73838

This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

[severity:It's more difficult to complete my work] The context menu when selection a CA warning is no longer showing the "Suppress" menu item. I tried to reload the solution and restart VS without success. I recently enabled GitHub Copilot feature.
