Microsoft Speech Synthesizer defualt female voice lexicon file recognition #101487

This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

[severity:It's more difficult to complete my work] It seems there is an issue with the windows default female voice recognizing pronunciation specified in a lexicon file. To replicate, follow the example outlined in Microsofts AddLexicon Method documentation and modify the voice to be female via the SelectVoice or SelectVoiceByHints method.
