The regression is quite small and appeared in https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/compare/a3bf7d4804c86f17087b216fec74d9b496ec0001...b067ce009ab5992168d1d635a9a9beb387008608. Could it be https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/pull/101258 introducing some added code to the AOT @fanyang-mono?
