looks like it could be IV widening related (though the potentially bad diff there looks flowgraph related). The remaining IV widening diffs look good.

Many of them have IV widening in them, but most of the diffs look like changes in flowgraph opts. Those could certainly have been induced by IV widening (I saw a number of these kinds of diffs in the original PR).
