The URL in the tutorial does not resolve. I went to https://maven.apache.org/download.cgi and edited the link for the current version to get the 3.6.3 .tar.gz in the commit. Alternatively, that page also leads to the archives, where 3.6.3 can be downloaded from https://archive.apache.org/dist/maven/maven-3/3.6.3/binaries/apache-maven-3.6.3-bin.tar.gz.
