I noticed that dependabot has reported in GH that a lot of our samples depended on some NuGet packages with reported vunerability issues, so this PR is doing a bulk update thata is addressing all of the 30 issues reported. All of the reports are coming from sample projects in this repo, no product code that we ship is impacted.
