I don't know if this is what @netnr was describing, but when I visit https://try.dot.net/, I get a "Privacy error" warning page in Chrome:

Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from try.dot.net (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID Turn on enhanced protection to get Chrome's highest level of security This server could not prove that it is try.dot.net; its security certificate is from *.azureedge.net. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

Proceed to try.dot.net (unsafe)
