Issue Description

Steps to Reproduce

Open .net5 project in vs code

Expected Behavior

omnisharp locates reference assemblies for .NETFramework,Version=v5.0

Actual Behavior

omnisharp can not find reference assemblies for .NETFramework,Version=v5.0
