Steps to reproduce

Create a folder and create a BlazorServer project in it:

mkdir Blazor
cd Blazor
dotnet new blazor --use-server

Navigate to the folder you created Blazor and open VS Code using Terminal Emulator code .

Note:

This issue does not reproduce on lower versions of C# v2.0.357
This issue does not repro on Windows/Mac
