Support for Youtube Shorts and Instagram Reels #88

The following videos and media types are currently not supported. It would be great to be able to download these as well

For Instagram it's not possible as it requires authentication and there's no open source unofficial API library for that - at least to my knowledge. If you know any let me know. But as for YouTube, it'd be great to add support for it.
