Pass on bevel_ends parameter #4

Pass on the parameter from wood_track to wood_rails. Added in module wood_track, wood_track_arc and wood_track_slope

Wow, it's been a long time since I've looked at this library. With all of the changes to OpenSCAD, I'm surprised it still works without more modifications.
