Now will subscribe to "laminar/B738/fmc/fmc_message" to get MSG led updates and light up LED_MSG. Also updated testLEDs to fix a type in ofst led (in the docs it is mentioned as ofst, but in the code it was ofset). Added also a parameter to light up all keys and all leds of the board.
