Stand-alone DLL for use with Apps like Rainmeter

This is a feature-request/enhancement that was started by a community member in 
the Rainmeter forum community. 
They have created a plug-in that reads OHM's  output into rainmeter, however 
many people don't like having to add OHM or SpeedFan to Windows Start-up in 
order to get reliable hardware/temp monitoring.

Is is possible to create a stand-alone version of OHM that works just for 
Rainmeter?
Would something like this ever be considered in development?

The OpenHardwareMonitorLib.dll can be used as standalone library for hardware 
monitoring. Currently there is no documentation for the library interface. An 
example of how to use the library interface can be found in the implementation 
of the GUI part of the Open Hardware Monitor.
