CPU temperature does not go under 33 #356

I apology my bad english, but here's the issue:

I've used OHM two years or something. Degrees don't go under 33 never even if
they are under that. It's like a minimum limit which is 33. My system is Intel
Core2 Duo Processor E7400 2.80 GHz (LGA775), P5Q SE2 motherboard, 8 gb ram,
Vertex 2 SSD and OS is Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

I've built many other computers where I've installed OHM, and with OHM these
computers show the temperatures under 33 degrees.

If you answer this question, can you also send it into my mail
mikko.matela@gmail.com because I propably don't remember to look at this forum
thing.

Anyways, I really want to thank you for this great software!

Sincerely Mikko from Finland =)

This is not so rare with the core temperature sensors of Intel Core 2 CPUs. The
sensors can bottom out at lower temperatures. The sensors are designed to be
accurate at TjMax (about 100°C) to prevent the CPU from damage. Intel decided
that there is no problem if temperatures far below that are not measured
accurately.
