Flatten the structure of the python package #80

We do not need files to be in the fsm module. We can move them to the parent module.

We will need to make the appropriate changes to outlines and benchmarks(-txt) to reflect this change.

We will need to open an issue on outlines and benchmarks to make them compatible to the new package structure.
