add support for Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch #52

This is hot off the presses and not well tested. It worked on one switch, but I'm out of time for further testing... merge if you want, or hold off if you're rather. (I'll commit any fixes I may have in either case.)

It doesn't really affect anything else (it's self contained, doesn't touch anything else) so I'm tempted just to merge this.

I've never personally logged into anything Ubiquiti, though I see they're becoming more and more popular.

I'll leave it to you -- you say it's working on the one switch you have in front of you, that's good enough for me. The perl isn't that complex and isn't doing anything nasty. If you say merge, I'll merge :)

Go ahead and merge, it's been working fine here, and it turns out we only have one other switch (currently offline) to test with.
