For the hp1920 we need to change the password in hp1910login -re "Please input password:" {send -- "512900\r"; exp_continue} change with -re "Please input password:" {send -- "Jinhua1920unauthorized\r"; exp_continue}

I haven't had to much time to make it perfect .. it's working for me.

I must admit I'm a little concerned... Those looks like passwords you've specified. What is "Jinhua1920unauthorized" and why are you auto-sending a password of "512900" in the script? Are these your passwords?

I'm sorry, I can't merge this in it's present state. I appreciate the effort, I really do -- but this looks like it's highly customised to your exact install and wouldn't be useful to anyone else unless I've misunderstood?

Yeah comware os is wierd :). You need to enter this default 'enable' password to be able to read the configuration. Like I told you .. this was a quick fix for me .. I have more than 100 hp1910 and hp1920. This will explain
