Feature/h3c shim #85

This adds Huawei support. It is far from ideal, based on https://sites.google.com/site/jrbinks/code/rancid/h3c and works most of the time on Huawei NE40E.

On a side note, Huawei is awful.

Looks great, thanks! You will probably want to submit this upstream too as I'm trying to slowly retire from maintainership of this fork ;)

I'd submit this to upstream too, but there's no easy way to do that and as I've no interest in CVS/SVN Rancid either I'm most probably not going to bother.
