Using Snell's law in `src/JROFI/discreteRefracLayers` may cause some issue. #26

So recently we found out a paper [arXiv:1604.05106] Is $n\sinθ$ conserved along light path? which means our approach on using Snell's law to simulate a continuous path during refraction might be incorrect.
