Translate documents in English #31

There are already some documents for DPark in English, https://github.com/jackfengji/test_pro/issues. English documents are needed to popularize this project to English speakers.

I could translate some of documents as a volunteer.

Any contribution is surely welcome, especially about ducumentations and user guides. I think you can create a markdown file in the doc dir, and pull request to te main repo. We will update the docs to dpark wiki.
