Things Lag #5

Many lag. Not much impress. Must fix.

It seems that the lag is inconsistent. Lags on some devices, and some it doesn't.

It looks like it was caused by the markdown stuff iterating through every single possible emoji. I cleaned some stuff up and made it only get people's profiles (for tags and stuff) when the display name isn't already there (sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't), and it's gotten a lot better.
