Invalid signature date: 12-Jul-2018 at 6:04:15 PM

Need to add a new timestamp format having hyphens in.

Added new datetime format %d-%b-%Y to match and it it working

I wish I would have seen this before I went and fixed the same problem. This has been fixed in the latest version. https://github.com/doubledutch/recodesign/pull/13
