Hide password columns by default #26

It would be better to hide password columns by default so that the user does not freak out that his password is visible.

Now the password is hidden by default and it is possible to show it with the column selection feature. It does not change the fact that the password is accessible but at least it is not thrown to the view of the user on its first use of the application. Fixed in d3d701940eadaac0b1215940cf52a802ba47680a
