equals and equalsIgnoreCase are both using regex improperly #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. StringUtils.equals turns arg1 into a regex and tests for inclusion in arg2.  
This will return true if arg1 is a prefix of arg2.
Also will fail if arg1 contains periods or other regular expression 
meta-characters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

StringUtils.equals("HI", "HI MOM") returns true.
should return false.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi,

This issue was fixed in version 0.2.1 (24.03.2010)
Is upgrading to a newer version an option?
