Sort licenses alphabetically for better readability and maintainability #55

License classifications should be cleaned of Fossology-related licenses. Sorting the licenses alphabetically would help in both this, and when classifying new, unclassified licenses. Also it will help detecting duplicate licenses in the file. This sorted license-classifications.yml has been tested with X-Road project.

Something's bugged now in license classifications, erroring ORT Evaluator, so I need to do this PR again.
