Functions to further manipulate KML layers #24

Along the lines of hideMarker and showMarker, it would be nice to have similar functions to hideKml and showKml.

Similarly with the getMarker function, if possible, it would be nice to have a getKml function.

All of these functions are now available in v4.0.10...
