Utility to perform a bulk geocoding of Addresses in the system #31

In many cases, there are gaps in the Address data. Specifically, it's possible for an Address to end up in the system without latitude & longitude values. While the Address is still technically valid, missing coordinates will limit what is possible.

It would be great if there were a tool in the Utilities section which would allow a user to perform a bulk geocoding of Addresses which are already stored in the system. Ideally, we would have a simple interface which allows you to select which existing Addresses to get coordinates for (or select all at once).

This utility feature and/or CLI would be handy as there are instances in the given example exist on projects, or where addresses have been entered manually by the client and not used the autocomplete functionality meaning no lat/lng have been generated.
