Keyboard nav in the outside world #575

I'd like to be able to use H, J, K, and L to move around in the outside world.

Odd, there are keypresses detected in world. Why doesn't it work?

So the arrow keys work in the outside. But the up and down arrow will scroll the screen if the display is tall enough to see all the map (at 700 px tall, even down to 30% zoom, I cannot see the whole thing with my default fonts.)

The issue is the map dimension. Maybe it could help if we introduced a zoomed version of the map (say, a 10x10 square centered on the player) so that the bar does not appear. In addition to prevent scrolling, I mean.
