What are my free tier options for...

[ ] Static web frontend. Use my own domain name, free SSL, a little storage space for HTML and assets
[ ] Persistence layer for high scores or turn-based multiplayer game state?
[ ] API frontend for persistence layer
[ ] Authentication tied into Google SSO
