Adjust code to HA 2024.4
Add service icons and translations (translations need to be updated)
Use new download speed constant
Fix typing (Integration passes mypy checks for the first time! 🎉)
Change "pause" state to "paused"
Fix line endings
Bump version to 2.4.0
Add note about ETA attributes to readme

This fixes #41 and #35
