Issue with Tradfri remote control #76

Hi guys !

I'm trying to use a tradfri remote control like this : Capture d’écran de 2019-10-02 23-10-44 And i can't use it...

The pairing with "permit joice" is successful Capture d’écran de 2019-10-02 23-13-09

But when i'm going to unused entities, i can't see any commands if i push buttons... Capture d’écran de 2019-10-02 23-15-07

Can someone help me with this please ?

Same here with the other remote, smaller. It’s paired, and nothing more, dead. I’ve got PiZigate that works very well on a Pi3B+; both updated.

to be able to see remote event, you have to put the zigate and the remote in the same zigbee group If you're remote is able to control the bulb, then you could retrieve the group by asking the bulb (it's harder to ask the remote)
