Download Issue - IPAd Storage Full #116

Issue

Attempting to download one interchange of data and got an IPad storage full error - there is 6GB of room on the device at this time. how much room does it need??

Expected Behavior

Should be able to draw a small box, have the data and basemap download, and not have it take 30 minutes to tell me it isn't going to work.

Map and Credentials

Group Name: ESRI test group Map Name: CulverV3 This also persists for a maps that is running from Oracle SDE. I don't have that map shared to the group yet but will do that now.

Steps to Reproduce

In the group we clicked on ... When you click on the dots it says: Map Details, Add Offline Area, and Reload Map the area setting size is Room (these are weird sizes that don't really match their names) clicked the button to start downloading - Download Area The circle filled in slowly for over 30 minutes and then a series of errors popped up see the photos (Issue3, then issue2, then issue)

Device Information

• Device: IPad Air2, IPad Air • OS Version: iOS 11.4 for both devices
