Issue

Add collector configuration options to either certain maps or as an organization as a whole.

Expected Behavior

Use Case: This would allow GIS administrators to configure settings based on the following

Hosted feature Service: Accuracy, streaming, etc. Map: Photo Size, sync interval settings Organization: Location profiles
