Sync Option Not Clearly Visible From Homepage #127

Issue

Although the 'Sync' option appears from the options button on an offline map, it’s not as clear as the current Collector to know you have syncs available – which is highly visible by a red circle with the sync number. This was very clear and eliminated ambiguity.

Expected Behavior

In the Maps homepage, the user should be able to see clearly which Maps have syncs available along with how many sync edits, as the current Collector App does.

Steps to Reproduce

-Take a map offline -Collect data -Sync option is only available via the options button or in the map itself, rather than being evident in the Maps homepage itself
