Idea - select_one Type Questions #135

It would be really nice if there were similar features to Survey123 whereby domains have different appearances. Of particular interest is the select_one type question (essentially a radio button).

We have lots of customers who simply update the status of something, for example whether houses have 'No Junk Mail' signs or not. In doing so they evaluate hundreds of houses. Having a straightforward way to update a status field without too many clicks would be nice.

@MKellyEsri thanks for this. We are planning to support configuring the presentation for a given field as part of our smarter forms initiative that will get underway later this year.
