After downloading an offline area (and switching to a sideloaded TPK), you cannot see the extent of the offline area in your map. If you try to add a record outside of the extent an error is returned.
Expected Behavior
Display the bounds of the offline area. Similar to current Collector release...
Steps to Reproduce
1- Download an offline area.
2 - Add a record outside of the offline area extent (i could only tell because there were clearly no records visible).
3 - Tap Submit
