Downloading a 17th map area of the same webmap results in "Download Error" without explanation.
Expected Behavior
I would expect that this displays an explanation referring to the maximum of 16 areas (and either not offer the area for download or display a more meaningful error), rather than offering the area for download and displaying a "Download Error" if the user attempts to do so.

Steps to Reproduce
Create 16 offline areas in ArcGIS Online.
Download all of them to Collector
Delete one of the Offline Areas in ArcGIS Online and add a new one
--> It will offer the new area for download in Collector, attempting to do so does however result in an error until another area is first deleted.
