Issue

The definition query of related records are not honored in Offline Areas.

Expected Behavior

Offline data should reflect the definition query.

Map and Credentials

ArcGIS Server secured service; cannot share credentials

Steps to Reproduce

-In our scenario we have a one-to-many relationship with Supports-to-Signs. -The related Signs have a definition query applied--> STATUS = 'Active' -When map is downloaded offline, all related signs (including records where status is not Active) are downloaded and accessible.
