In our current workflows we collected a point feature, and then have related features and data that is available for collection only after the point feature is collected.

Our data is locked down so hard to share due to dual authentication issues.

Steps to Reproduce
Collect a feature class and submit.
highlight feature class and scroll down in the details window.
select new inspection - no button activated to start a new inspection.
Tried the same process on several other Oracle based maps and the inspections worked ok.
