New Feature label when Editing Existing Feature

Issue

When editing an existing feature it says New Feature which is confusing for the user.

Expected Behavior

It should say something that reflects the fact you're not creating a new feature you're editing an existing one.

Map and Credentials

• Group Name: Collector Holistic Testing
• Map Name: Damage Assessment

Steps to Reproduce

1. open the map
2. click on an existing point and click the pencil to edit it
3. see the new feature label

Device Information

• Device: Android
• OS Version: 7.0

This is showing up because the popup title is configured to use a field that is empty for that feature. The design (unimplemented at this point) is to show "No Title" when editing a feature with an empty title. You can see this in the iOS app, and Android will match that.
