App crashes and requires internet connection for log in

Issue

App crashed and would not allow us to open the app without an internet connection. This is a problem for us because once our workers leave the office the do not have access to internet until they return at the end of the work day.

Expected Behavior

In Collector Classic, it will allow you to open the app without an internet connection so that you can work on offline areas.

Map and Credentials

• Group Name:
• Map Name: None shared, because this happened on all apps.

Steps to Reproduce

Close Collector Beta and disable internet, then try to reopen Collector.

Device Information

• Device: MotoG 5Plus and MotoG 7Power
• OS Version: Android 6 and Android 9
