Pending Edits Do not show up #226

Issue

When you go to sync data in collector beta, it tells you how many local edits there are, but in Aurora for iOS it gives you a list of pending edits. That list does not show up in Android Collector Beta.

Expected Behavior

When you go to sync, you should see a list of the pending edits. By clicking on one of the items from that list you should be able to get all of the information about that feature.

Map and Credentials

Steps to Reproduce

Add points to any map and sync and you should see a number of pending edits, but no list.

I also observed similar behavior. I was editing a map offline, had 2 edits that were stored locally. But they were not listed in the Sync dialog window.

Using Google Pixel 2, with Android OS v9.
