Can't Use TMM with Trimble R2

Issue

Having trouble using Trimble Mobile Manager (TMM) with Trimble R2. Another testing was reporting an issue with R1. It appears that TMM is not able to connect without a catalyst subscription. Colin Lawrence said he is going to look into this.

Expected Behavior

My understanding is that when you open data collector it should trigger TMM to open and make the connections. I don't see TMM open.

Map and Credentials

Group Name: Map is on portal behind the City's firewall
Map Name: GPS Data Collector for Training

Steps to Reproduce

1) Bluetooth to GPS units 2) Turn on Wifi 3) Start Beta Data Collector 4) Tap on map to open.

Device Information

Device:Galaxy S8 smartphone
OS Version: 2576

Same issue with a Trimble R2, Collector 2576, Samsung Tab 2/Android 7.0
