Cannot submit feature edits #250

Issue

I draw in an OH Primary - Phase line with three vertices. Then I try to submit. It gets stuck on In Progress

Expected Behavior

When I hit submit, it should submit the edits.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Drop a DistributionMapWebinar_WFL1 - OH Primary - Phase Three phase line with start vertex, middle vertex, and end vertex.
  2. Submit

    Device Information

    • Device: Ipad model A1701
    • OS Version: 12.1.4

This is working for me with your map - do you have a good data connection?

Just submitted. Took about 25 minutes to submit for me. I am connected to esri internal
