Select a line feature to edit, only one end can be extended from the last active vertex. No way to select the opposite end of the line to extend from there.
Expected Behavior
When editing a line feature to extend, need to be able to flip the active end of the line for adding the next vertex. When a line feature (new or existing) needs to be extended, it is selected (highlighted), an option to choose the active vertex to extend from should be allowed.

Steps to Reproduce
Draw a new line feature by snapping to an existing one. The end of the new line represents the end of a water main. The addition is submitted. Going back to the other end, it needs to be extended or elbowed and continued. Trying to edit the line makes the opposite end active.
