Recent values should be accessible for different assets

Issue

When using recent values, I can see values when I work with the same type of asset but not when assets differ. So when I added a Hydrant and added a project ID I would see the value carried over when I added another Hydrant but I did not see it when I add a main that also had a project ID field. I do like the way numeric or alphabetic options were filtered depending on the field being updated.

Expected Behavior

I expected that all recent values would be available when I added a new asset, regardless if the type of asset.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a map and add an asset.
2. Add a value.
3. Save and submit edits.
4. Add a different type of asset that has a similar field.
5. See if the recent values are shown.
